I was skeptical after the first several pages (lame phrases like visual cues that are grounded in reality immediately had put me off), but I quickly changed my mind after bumping into Layout & Components sections. That's the best style guideline I've ever saw!

A minor note: what really bugs me it's the presence of a bunch of .ai files instead of Google Bootstrap or something like that. Reimplementing all their new UI elements from scratch is a sisyphus project in which I won't participate.
