Закончил читать все 11 дней Oracle v. Google Trial.
Juries конечно выбрали самых сообразительных и в теме: Bachelor in psychology, Pediatric nurse, BA in sociology and English, Associate of fine arts degree, короче, полный фарш.
Один кандидат особенно выделялся головой, но гоогл его почему-то отстранил (оракл посчитал, что тот окей):
#16: he struggles with sleep issue and he is not sure if he can process a lot of information. He can do day-to-day things. But not a lot of intellectual information. Will he fall asleep? No, but he might not be alert.
Кстати, в сане джаву пилили 500 человек, а сейчас оракл держит 800. С трудом представляю нахрена нужно так много.
