I don't get why Microsoft did that for LinkedIn is a boring Java shop.
Java always means the end of the career ladder (any good developer will tell you that). It's an abomination of a platform. Java causes death of neuronal cells & a general paralysis of the brain. This has been tested and proven by numerous studies links to which I won't provide here to save screen space.
Why did they buy a company w/ an outdated stack?
