A nice UK neighborhood (ouch):
'The kids threw food and rubbish into our back yard, my brother parked outside their house and within 10 seconds he [the neighbor] came round and asked us to move it and then proceeded to park his car in front of our house all the time.
His friend pissed in the alleyway connecting the two houses. Their house was a shithole with dirty nappies on the roof and a lot of it blew into our garden, constant shouting and arguing at ridiculous hours waking our 2 year old son up. [He] Didn't have a job and lived on benefits with 6 kids.'
