I think I'm the only one left who, instead of just using inkscape, opens a new Emacs buffer w/ `somefile.pic` to draw a picture.
Btw, to get a cropped version of the pic2plot svg output, we need 4 (four) steps:
# instead of this, how can we just autocrop svg?
$(pic.dest): $(OUT)/img/%.svg: $(DATA)%.pic
mkdir -p $(dir $@)
pic2plot -T ps $< > $@.ps
ps2pdf $@.ps$@.pdf
pdfcrop $@.pdf$@.crop.pdf
pdf2svg $@.crop.pdf$@
rm $@.ps$@.pdf$@.crop.pdf
Which is unbelievably idiotic.
