Ай ванде, будут ли обходить джаву стороной только из-за боязни вот этого идиотизма под названием молоток оракл. Потому что гоогл защищаться может сколько угодно долго, а крохотный стартап с икспенсами и так обрезанными до кости, получит разрыв сердца от первого же угрожающего письма.

Ну и венчурные дядьки, я думаю, между стартапом "на джаве" (конкретику использования все равно не поймут и не захотят разбираться) и чего-то, где инструмент с эмайти/биэсди лицензией, будут выбирать последний.

Хотя. Гм.
