'When someone does something bad on the project it's because of who they are. It's because they are Ukrainian or because they are short or because they are tall or because they are wide or because they are whatever.'

Интересно какой trait я бы назвал в качестве примера. Конечно это зависит от аудитории. Наверное "русский." (И если на это сферический русский обиделся бы, вместо того чтобы захохотать, то...)
