DW Latest Things

I don't wanna be that guy, but someone has to ask.
 
I've heard repeatedly from a variety of ppl that DW is blocked in Russia. Why then do I see so many Russians in https://www.dreamwidth.org/latest?
 
Do they really use VPNs just for the sake of blogging?

I have reports (both from East Siberia, so mb some regional ISP) of DW access being blocked or degraded but that's not consistent across Russia at all. Stay tuned.

A lot of them (us) are emigrants from Russia.
